Commission Earnings & Payouts

Your Gross Commission Earnings are calculated as follows:

Gross Commission Earnings = Registration Bonus Commission +
Sponsorship Multi Level Commission +
Founders Fixed Matrix Commission +
Teams Fixed Matrix Commission
Minimum Monthly Payout: - A minimum payout of R 250.00 per month will be applied.
- Earnings less than R 250.00 will be carried over to the following month.
Mininum Spending Target: - An amount a member must spend on shopping to qualify for shopping cashback commission.
- Your Minimum Spending Target is determined monthly and will be shown on your Dashboard.
- Only applicable to members who have earned commission in the previous month.
- If Minimum Spending Target is not met, only pro-rata shopping cashback commission will be paid to the member. The remainder will be allocated to the Ubuntu Bonus.
- Here is an example: Suppose your Minimum Spending Target for the month is R500, but your actual total spending is R300. This means you only spent 60% of the required target. If your total cashback commission is R1000 for the month, then only R600 (60% of R1000) will be paid out to you. The remainder of R400 will be allocated to the Ubuntu Bonus.
Payout Service Fees: - A payout service fee will be charged depending of the payout amount.
Monthly Pay Date: - 28th day of the month.
- No adhoc payout requests.

Sponsorship Multi Level

For example, if a shopper spends R1000.00 and we get a 3.00% cashback from the participating business, it means we will get R30.00 cashback. Therefore, the amount that will be allocated for distribution in this plan is = R30.00 / 4 = R7.50.

Founders Fixed Matrix

The Founder, in this context, is defined as the person who moves early and fast - the early adopter.

The Founders Fixed Matrix structure is 10 places wide and 5 levels deep. The system automatically creates a single matrix structure where all members are placed as they activate their membership accounts when they pay the registration fee. Allocation and ranking in this structure does not follow referral sponsorship.

The purpose of this commission structure is to allow members who join early, who are committed to support the growth of this program, an opportunity to earn rewards. To increase the pool of members who benefit from this structure, the Founders Fixed Matrix rankings will be revised periodically. Veteran members who have benefited from this structure, who are also earning stable commissions from other structures will be systematically rolled out of this structure to pave way for new Founders, new movers, to emerge and earn.

This is a fixed matrix, you can only have 10 people placed in level 1. Therefore, the example shown in the table below demonstrates the absolute maximum number of people that you can have under you in this structure. This commission is paid monthly to qualifying members based on shopping activity of their downline.

Similarly, cashback allocated to this plan = Cashback received from a participating business divided by 4. For example, if a shopper spends R1,000.00 and we get a 3.00% cashback from the participating business, it means we will get R30.00 cashback. Therefore, amount that will be allocated for distribution in this plan is = R30.00 / 4 = R7.50.

Teams Fixed Matrix

Teams are made of referral sponsors and their direct sponsored referral downline.

The Teams Fixed Matrix structure is 10 places wide and 5 levels deep. Allocation and ranking in this structure follows referral sponsorship. A new member will follow their sponsor when placed in this matrix.

The purpose of this commission structure is to reward the effort of individuals and teams who are committed to support the growth of this program. Take note, if your new direct referral downline pays and verifies their account before you, then they will be placed before you in this matrix, and the sponsorship relationship between you will broken permanently in this structure. This only applies to the Teams Fixed Matrix. The Sponsorship Multi Level structure will not be affected - you will remain sponsor.

Ubuntu Bonus

Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu! Ubuntu Bonus funds are used to top-up earnings of low commission earners.

Where do Ubuntu Bonus Funds Come From?

There are two (2) sources of funds that are allocated to the Ubuntu Bonus.

1. Similar to the above structures, cashback allocated to Ubuntu Bonus funds is = Cashback received from a participating business divided by 4. For example, if a shopper spends R1000.00 and we get a 3.00% cashback from the participating business, it means we will get R30.00 cashback. Therefore, amount that will be allocated for distribution in this plan is = R30.00 / 4 = R7.50.

2. Member commissions for the above structures are calculated seperately. Where the calculated potential earnings exceed the defined Earning Limit, the excess amount will automatically be allocated to Ubuntu Bonus funds.

How is Ubuntu Bonus Paid?

Funds that are available for Ubuntu Bonus will be distributed in following order:

1. First, members whose Gross Commission earnings are less than R 500.00 but greater than R 250.00, will receive a top-up from the Ubuntu Bonus funds so that their payout becomes R 500.00. *
2. Second, members whose Gross Commission earnings are less than R 250.00 but greater than R 150.00, will receive a top-up from the Ubuntu Bonus funds so that their payout becomes R 350.00. *
